Kairon — serving those who serve communities

Many who serve are realizing they must navigate
a transition. A phase change.

We're all working in front loop structures facing back loop challenges. The front loop optimized our systems for yesterday's conditions. The back loop is when those systems have to transform into something new.

We need to develop adaptive capacity.

Adaptive capacity is the degree of complexity and speed of change an organization can absorb while remaining coherent, purposeful, and effective. We help teams grow this capacity by aligning culture, structure, and governance with the moment they're in — and the futures they're preparing for.

The good news is we're human. Humans are resilient and adaptable. We can navigate crazy challenges like the one we're in — as long as we have the right kinds of relationships and support around us.

That's where we come in.

Our practice

We work at the intersection of strategy, story, and the stubborn human reality of change.

We are

— for Transitions.

With good people, you can meet the challenge joyfully.
